How does Stodl Support+ Work?

We'll carry out an audit, grade any issue we find as Red, Amber, or Green, and work with you to schedule the solutions at times that work best for your business.

Most issues can be fixed within a month, and all our time to fix the issues is included in the plans below - we'll let you know if anything will go beyond a month. Fix everything at once, or spread things out over time, the choice is yours.. .

Once we start working on these issues, we can provide you and your employees with IT support for £25 per person, per month as detailed below.

Support+ Green

£450 /one-off

You have a bunch of minor issues that aren't really a problem now, but you need to address them in order to scale.

WHAT'S INCLUDED...

We'll fix anything we find during the audit that's a Green issue.

This could be anything from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 misconfigurations, to having spare licenses you're not using, to having no way of managing your passwords.

There are many more possibilities we could uncover during the audit.

Support+ Amber

£1,500 /month

These issues are a bit more technical and will no doubt cause you problems if they're not addressed soon.

WHAT'S INCLUDED...

We'll fix anything we find during the audit that's an Amber issue.

This could be anything from not having 2FA rolled out, to having technology that's going end of life, to not having IT processes & policies in place, to not having managed updates for your computers.

£2,250 /month

Typically far more technical and security related, these problems are leaving you exposed and need sorting out immediately.
